Unknown purchase from Jane Chen

I received a package from Jane Chen, 3 Lincoln Dr, Fairfield 07004. It contained several black funnels with stick on material with each one. I did not order these things and am concerned about credit card fraud. I see nothing on my credit card statement citing Jane Chen as the merchant. What should I do?

I received a package through USPS Ground Advantage at my home address but addressed to: Deysi Arteaga

The package felt empty. I noticed other reports on this site regarding Jane Chen at this address. I marked the package as Return to Sender-Incorrect Address and placed in my mailbox for USPS pickup.

I also received packages at my home addressed to Deysi Arteaga from Walmart.com (130 Velocity Way, Shepherdsville KY 40165) and AARON (47 158th St, Flushing NY 11355).

All have been marked as Incorrect Address and placed in mailbox for USPS pickup. All felt like empty packages. I have photo documentation of all these packages. Additionally, I have provided a note to my postal carrier requesting no further deliveries at my address directed to Deysi Arteaga.

I received a small package through the USPS with the return address Jane Chen, 3 Lincoln Drive, Fairfield NJ, 07004. There was no packing information and the package contained a small box with a ring inside it. I did not order this and had to check all of my accounts to make sure there wasn't any fraudulent charges.

I received the same type of package via United States Postal Service from Jane Chen at 7 Lincoln Dr., Fairfield, NJ 07004. It was an iPhone XS which I didn’t order. I don’t understand why she’s sending things out. What’s the game? It’s interesting because I was ordering an iPhone case from a good company, I don’t understand it came around the same time but I know I only ordered a case from a major manufacturer. I don’t understand. I’m going to have to look at all my credit cards to see what’s going on.
