I paid a $620 deposit to this business for a custom coffee cart that was never delivered, and I have been unable to obtain a refund for my deposit.

I found this business online and believed it was legitimate because I had seen other creators publicly share coffee carts they had purchased from them. Based on those representations, I placed an order and paid the required $620 deposit.

After my payment was received, communication became inconsistent and eventually stopped altogether. Despite multiple attempts to contact the business by email and other available methods, I have received no response regarding my order or my refund.

Since then, the business has shut down or removed its social media accounts, making it even more difficult to contact them. I have not received my refund or any explanation regarding my order, or a refund of my deposit.

I believe I made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter
