I wanted to apply for global entry and their site came right up and looked like an official government site. It wasn't until I was checking out that I realized it was a third party company charging obscene amounts of money for their "service." I tried contacting them and they "don't have a call center." So, you can't talk to anyone. There's no address. The link to message them on their site works, but goes without a response. No email confirmation, just a receipt from pay pal stating there was a charge from their company.

This company is not a real company and scammed my personal information and my daughter's passport information and $139 of my money. They have an ad on google and should be taken down immediately.
