This business operates by spamming peoples DMs on websites such as FictionPress.com, FanFiction.net and other platforms for writing. They offer services such as art or comic commissions and art commissions then attempt to lure you off site to obtain payment information. The entire business reeks of fraud, and they spend a large portion of their time sending unsolicited messages and spam in an attempt to take your money. I have engaged with several of the scammers out of sheer morbid curiosity they have attempted to lure me onto both the platforms Discord, and Tumblr in an attempt to engage in private messages there. They also appear to be operating out of the UK and Ireland as FictionPress (where I have been receiving these messages) has analytical data available, and I can rough out where these people are messaging me from based on what countries have viewed and interacted with my profile. I assume they may be using VPNs but it is also possible for some 'agents' for this company to be working remotely as their job consists of sending copy and pasted spam messages.
