It’s been a while I have not received my order they we’re quick to take my money every time I emailed them I got you must be patient, This is a scam don’t bye my daughter never received the Cristal heart I purchased for her birthday.

Poor quality and bad delivery

I purchased the crystal glass with an image laser etched. I paid an extra $34 to have priority delivery. The product is advertised to arrive within 2-5 business days. It arrived very late and is embarrassingly small. Cost about $178 - what a waste of money. I have written a complaint to the company and got no reply.

After an extremely long wait time, I received my product. it was peeling and looked like a toddler had made it in kindy. when I sent them photos they said they would make another one but I had to pay extra for shipping. I explained that it was a present and the new one wouldn't arrive in time and asked for a refund but they ignored me

Do not buy from this seller. The product is no where close to what is advertised and you will not get your refund as well, since this is a chinese company you cant do much aftwr your money is deducted. Crappy product, best to buy local atleast you can see the product and get a refund if needed.

i ordered the 3d photolamp and i have been emailing them and haven't received any feedback from this store. They were so quick to deduct the payment on my account too. Total BS!

DO NOT buy from iswanshop. I ordered the custom photo 3D lamp and asked for a specific photo to be slightly edited. They did not get back to me for a month and then the package took a month and a half before it arrived. When it arrived, the craftsmanship was poor and, after asking for at least a partial refund, I was told that I could either pay for shipping on another one or be given a $5 refund. This customer service is ridiculous. I repeat DO NOT BUY from this company.

I ordered the moon light for my mom but i had to cancel my order the only thing they gave for contact information was an email [email protected] and they have not responded back whatsoever i came to the conclusion that my money is lost i hope anyone that gets to read my complaint is smarter than me and doesn’t buy from them!

I email them almost every other week, I ordered something for my boyfriend for Father’s Day over 3 months ago, I still haven’t received anything. They kept telling me my order was on the way now it says expired.
