Received a text message stating I owed them from a debt from 20 years ago.
Agreed to make monthly payments. First one for 50 dollars. They even email me a fake Document Sign without the company address. Afterward I thought about the company and researched the law firm on google and it turns out that the company not legitimate.

I was contact to say I owe CashNetUSA Loan for $1423 but they will settle for $813 with monthly payments of $50 a month. But I never received letter by mail of any debt and never owed this company. This person contact me by phone text message and by email fake documents with just personal number and name. The pretend law firm letter head has no address at all. So that let me know it was suspicious. I told the lady to send me court documents to appear to garnish me if this loan is so much owed. But she kept saying to use my card auto pay monthly. This a scam I realize when I contact real CashNetUSA found out they never attempt to collect anything from me.
