The company said that my package was delivered to a parcel locker but it never was. When I contacted them, they said to get a hold of post office or check with family and friends who may have received it. When I tracked the package, it said it was delivered but had no photo confirmations, instead it gave an example of what a photo would have looked like. When I called the post office, they said it was not a legit number and did not receive any packages for me. I clicked the email address they provided and it went no where. I then disputed it with paypal asking for a charge back, but paypal said they denied my case because the seller provided the information needed for delivery. I asked paypal what information as there were no photos of it being on my doorstep, or in a parcel locker as the company said, and no valid tracking number. Paypal responded that they were no longer monitoring the conversation and the case was closed. So much for Paypal being a legit payment platform.
