On 4-12-2026 I signed up and started taking surveys with a company called Ipsos Isay through a post/ad on Facebook. I took surveys and earned points with the platform that should have earned me a $10 gift card. (I earned 1000 points.) However, I was unable to redeem my points for the promised card, so I wrote the company to ask for help. I have now received an email stating that I am now disqualified and no longer eligible for the reward. However, I did nothing to be disqualified and I have already earned this reward. Many other reviews for this company state that several other people have been duped by the company in the same way. Please look into this matter as they are operating fraudulently out of YOUR STATE!! Please see attached items.
