I reached out to them multiple times when I received emails from the USTOP about abandonment of my trademark application; IP-ED would not respond. My trademark application was declared abandoned.
When IP-ED finally responded, they said the following lie:
"goodwill gesture, we are offering you the option of a strategic refiling of your trademark. This refiling would be advantageous, as we now have valuable insight from the USPTO’s feedback. We can refine the application to strengthen its chances of success. To assist with this, we will waive our professional fee of $850 for the strategic refiling, but you will still need to cover the government fee."
Considering IP-ED already knew what USTPO required to approve my application, I would not have to start from zero, and since they stressed their apology,
I responded I wanted them to reapply. IP-ED never got back to me or abided by their false email.
IP-ED, Roland Dorotheo and team, are prompt in collecting your payment and they will answer your first emails to give you a false impression.
During the process and before abandonment, IP-ED had to respond to the USTOP multiple times due to their Inefficiency and each time I had to be on them to make sure they responded within the required time frame. I had to remind them a few times that we were close to the deadlines.
My emails were ignored for weeks and they would not provide a direct phone number.
