I ordered $300 worth of clothing on Inthelight website. The money has already gone through my bank account. I am unable to find my account on their website. All roads lead to nowhere - their website simply runs a person in circles with no resolution.

It’s as if I don’t exist to them and never purchased anything from them but I’m out $300.
