International Properties Unlimited Reports & Reviews (8)

We were taken for $30,000 until we finally came to our senses and said no more. Unbelievable how they International Properties ULT. used us and we fell right into the scam. Professional scam artists. Bret Richards will pay for the damage he caused us and many others. Everything mentioned above rang true.

I want to know how they get the info from the timeshare company, some [censored] or ex employee Im guessing, I would like to punch Adrian Jackson in the face

Just got a call from Debra White of International Properties, with a $45000+ office a junior suite. I told her I was just involved in a scam that I was taken for $10000. I don't have anything else to shell out. The other company was Gratefill Properties and Old Port Insurance. BEWARE !

They been calling us about our timeshare at Grand Mayan, Mexico offering us $43,990.00 for our one bedroom unit and wanted us to send them a copy of the proof of ownership the covered page of the contract for lodging and services. I find this very suspicious why they are so persistent of getting a copy of the contract to send it to them by email? That's why, I am checking this if this is listed as a scam, so I am reporting it to you.

I received an unsolicited phone call from Benjamin Jones, Broker of International Properties ULTD an offer to purchase my Grand Luxxe Residence Club membership in Mexico. This was followed up with an e-mail with an Authorized Purchase Offer in the Amount of $213,800.00 USD. This document requested proof of ownership and a signed offer letter to effectuate the transfer process. Then I received an email from Bret Richards indicating that he would be presenting my property to the buyers representative, but before that would like to discuss some details with me. He requested a telephone with me to go over these details. By this time I was highly suspicious of the offer as I had encountered previous offers of a similar nature that ultimately were deemed scams. I then checked with the ScamPulse.com of Georgia and found a previous complaint about the same company that had been investagated by the ScamPulse.com and the report indicated that the business was not registered with the ScamPulse.com and so they followed up with numerous questions with the company and did not receive useful ansewrs ane no answer at all. I then informed the businee that I would terminate all contact with as I was fairly sure it was a scam

Scam! Nice professional sounding staff, but information and offer to buy my timeshare was sketchy. I looked them up and found out that their old name was Westwood Realty Inc and I’d you look at the website, it is identical. Even the reviews on the site are identical, with the company name changed. Beware!

They called me about selling my timeshare atMayan Palace in Mexico. They had a buyer that was willing to pay us $53,000 plus compensate us for taxes of over $5,000, which they said we had to pay up front. But was Leary about the whole thing, so am reporting this, to you. Read another complaint on your website, and it was like letter for letter the same.

Received a phone and E-Mail offer for our Vida Grand Lux Villa of $246,000. This seems too good to be true plus they indicated the ScamPulse.com was associated with a terrorist orgenization. If it were real I would jump at it. I think the odds of a real offer as less than 1%. Are these people on your Radar?
