I was contacted by Mr Billy Rayford saying he is representing Intercontinental Star Logistics, regarding shipping a puppy to my address the fist contact was asking for $1550 to cover refundable insurance for puppy travel which i paid out. then next day i was notified of them wanting a refundable thermal crate fee of $750, which i paid too, my next email stated they receivedthe fee and puppy was out for delivery, she never came. next day an email was sent to me for a refundable quarantine fee, for $2550, which i got reduced to $1550, and paid that out last night. then i got notice puppy arrived in Florida, but being on hold for a City permit fee of $1000, which i have goten it reduced to $600 but have not paid it because i dont have any more money, I have lenghty sms from Billy saved to my phone and copies of receipts here
