I saw an Instagram ad for a product I thought my wife would like. I ordered, and contacted the support email ([email protected]) when my order hadn’t shipped after a week. I got a response saying “due to a high volume, we’re a little behind…” after another week, I sent an email to the same address saying if my order did not ship tomorrow (today) then I wanted a refund. It has been over 24 hours and I’ve gotten no response. Their website has no place for reviews, so I looked them up on other websites and found multiple accounts like mine in reviews on Trust Pilot.
