Same as above, ordered thermal imager.

Ordered a thermal imager from this company received a piece of crap manocular that's not even good enough to use in reality. Though I'm an [censored] so my end experience was a little different. They said the same thing to me wouldn't take it back because of covid they'd give me 20% on I kept on them and kept on them and kept on them and finally last night they agreed to give 100% of my money back but this is after weeks of threatening them with attorneys, and a very aggressive email campaign.

I sent for a thermal imaging monocular from inspired household and got a plain monocular that wasn't thermal , there add showed a thermal, I contacted them to let them know I didn't get what I ordered, they said in text, no returns because of covid and they would give me 20% and let me keep the one they sent , this is false advertising , to show one thing and send something different and not making the mistake right , but making me take the loss of money and the original purchase I made to start with , how many others has this happened to

On October 10, 2018 I paid via credit card for a cross quilt shown on-line by the seller. After paying $$ & then reading more comments under the post, realized I was getting a pattern, not the quilt. I have sent many emails to the email address - first they said my order number started with the incorrect letter. Theirs start with IH instead of AKA. My order was AKA8384. I was then advised that I may be contacting the wrong company. After that email, I have no received any further communication.

Needless to say, my $65.00 is gone, I have no pattern or quilt.
