The company, Innslane does not provide tracking numbers, an address or location of the supposed company.

My item, a blouse never arrived.

After many attempts to email the company at the email provided on the website, [email protected], I have realized that item I bought is not coming.

There is a section on the website to look up orders and type in a tracking number, but the company did not provide a tracking number on the confirmation of purchase email I received on June 2, 2024.

I looked for others online who may have had a similar experience and found many complaints on Trustpilot that the item people bought never arrived.

Even though my purchase was small, $22.95, I know this is fraud and want to report it and ensure that others don’t lose their money to this company.
