There is a sign posted in the Austell area in Cobb County GA about taxes and how much you can get back and also a cash advance. It with a phone call and then I had a “zoom interview” in which the lady is black and her name is Genevieve. Before the interview, I sent her important docs such as social security info for myself and family along with ID. During the interview, which was 5min, she stated she could not provide me an amount yet because she has to play with numbers. Within a week, she never got back me after I emailed her multiple times. She finally responded and said she needs our banking info. You do not need my banking info to provide me a quote back for taxes. After I told her that, she said she would send estimates in 30min and it has now been 3 days. Scammer !! Please don’t fall for it like I did. And she better not file NOTHING under my family’s info
