Supposed rental of time share

Just as McGlynn describes above. Very disappointed in the treatment, timeframe, and series of misrepresentations. Promised payouts never occur, deadlines pass and I OWE MORE MONEY (federal taxes) because interest on my payout has accrued. I'm filing a complaint with the attorneys general in my home state and Florida. What a horrible experience. But greed apparently does that to you. I thought this was a way to benefit from leftover timeshare points I couldn't use due to cancer. Joke's on me.

Called asking to have me purchase my bonus timeshare weeks and they rented them out at a profit. Process was to take 3 months. It has been one year. They don’t call me unless they want more money. I have a signed contract. I’ve had a date to get my cashiers check delivered by courier. Started out they would pay me back $10,800 for a $2400 investment. Now it’s up to $32,000 and I’ve invested $8400. Still no money coming my way. They don’t return calls. Extremely unprofessional company. Not sure what they are up to. I’m wondering if anyone has ever been paid as they were promised. People I dealt with are Gerry West, John Moore, and now Glenda Mathews. All disappeared. There is an answering machine but no

One ever returns calls.

I was first contacted by phone by a Phil Harris, Vidanta processing manager for SFX weeks. He offered to rent 8 of my Vidanta vacation (extra weeks) weeks for a profit. I paid $399 a week for a total of

$3192. By Visa credit card over the phone. I was told I would get $17,600 back Harris told me an escrow agent would call me back to arrange the payment to me of approximately $17,600.,but it might take up to 2 months. This was around the beginning of July, 2023..

August 24, 2023, I received an email from Space Coast RS, a processing company, or so they said. It said I would receive not only the $17,600. Promised, but reimbursement of my $3192. payment and escrow interest of $2050., but only after I paid an additional $2284 Luxury Tax of 10%. I said I had never heard of a renter’s tax and they claimed it was normal in Florida. I said I would check with the ScamPulse.com before I paid any more money. They probably added more return on my payment to make me want to send the additional money.

This message is from a Susan Larson from California who never did any business with our company whatsoever. She originally told one of our agents that she paid the $3,192 (her $399 per week fee) to a marketing company by the name of OSA - Orlando Stay Accommodations originally which has nothing to do with our company. She took her frustration out on our company as if we had anything to do with that fee she paid of $3,192 because she hasn't been able to reach OSA since making that payment since July. We will not take the 'black eye' for something another company did especially when this person is not even a customer of ours. We are simply a third-party processing company that deals with fractional real estate and luxury vacation properties and have nothing to do with advertising or marketing. We need this taken down immediately as this is a misrepresentation of our company as a whole. We tried to contact you Susan Larson, to no avail and we don't understand your intentions other then you not being able to get in touch with that company OSA since your payment.
