On September 18, 2026 I used Zelle to transfer $3000 to enroll in a database course. Upon accessing the website I discovered that the merchant failed to provide the agreed-upon course and I did not receive the services I paid for. Furthermore, on October 15, 2026 my account on the merchant's website became inactive, preventing me from logging in. After my attempts to contact the merchant for a refund proved unsuccessful, he blocked all contact information and I cannot reach him at all at this point. This person's name is Rui Zhang.
