I made a purchase of US Postage Stamps from Kayoo Mall. My payment was taken through ***. After a couple of weeks, I received an email asking if I wanted a refund for my "lost order". I indicated that I did want the refund. A PARTIAL refund was given. I believe this is a scam. I think their intent is to "lose" orders and then give a partial refund upon request. Most people would either not notice or not bother over $6.00, but this could be quite lucrative to the scammer KayooMall. When I emailed them a second time stating that I thought they were scammers and that I wanted my full refund, I received no response.
