Then checking order it showed 7 braces! A total of 105.85. It said I needed to amend order within an hour which I tried to do. So I have tried to contact this company multiple times over the last few weeks....through phone, text and email many times. Always odd replies that are dead ends.
I filed a claim with Paypal then the Company offered me 20 through Paypal, but I refused because I was owed 75.00 for the braces I never ordered and never wanted. The company then decided to push the delivery through..... Paypal closed the case because the company eventually sent the knee pads.... 6 of which I DID NOT ORDER The case was closed because according to PayPal I had received the merchandise, but that was NEVER EVER THE DISPUTE.... IN siding with the seller and having misinformation in the claim I am canceling my long standing account with PayPal. Never deal with this Wellnee company. It is fraudulent and should be closed down. I just received it and I DO NOT WANT IT .....Never ordered it. Ive seen several complaints on this company.
