Infinity Printing Supplies Reports & Reviews (3)

Super sketchy company. They originally offered to send a magazine with our machines highlighted so we could view their prices vs competitors. Then they called with a “free” toner for one of our printers. They sent “free” toner and it didn’t even fit any of our machines. I returned it the very next day, I have the FedEx tracking. They continue to call/mail past due invoices almost daily. I have repeated called them to tell them the toner was returned/unused. I told them if they didn’t stop calling then I would contact our attorney, they told me fine, because they have a voice recording of me agreeing to buy this cartridge. No you do not, unless you’ve manipulated our conversations. DO NOT accept any calls from this company, DO NOT even speak to them. Total scam!

Infinity printing supplies has been a non stop scam artist for horrible ink constant harassing

This company offered a free-trail of remanufactured toner cartridges and then said that we made a verbal agreement for my business to buy 30 more cartridges from them. They used forceful tactics to make it seem like my business had to pay for these unwanted cartridges. They told me that we have a "verbal" agreement, which we did not to my knowledge. I never received an agreement in writing or a confirmation of any kind of our "verbal" agreement. They continually called using various phone numbers to harass me about paying for the unwanted cartridges that they sent to my business address. I told them I wanted to close my account but was told by their sales rep that I still owed money and could not close it. Their billing department continually called my business using various phone numbers to harass me into paying for these unwanted cartridges, When I tried to exchange these unwanted cartridges for supplies I could actually use in my business, I was told I would have to pay several hundred dollars more. They said they would call me in the allotted time to exchange my cartridges but did not do that. I had to contact the sales rep who then told me that because they had to open a full box of file folders so I could exchange my unwanted cartridges for folders I would use that I would have to pay over $500 more on additional products because they had to open a full box.
