I saw an ad on Instagram for a baby gate... looked like the perfect option for what we were looking for. So I purchased August 11th. Note said it could be 12-20 business days to receive item. I used tracking info linked to my item and it showed estimated arrival time of sept 1-7. When the time passes and no item received I reached out to company.. got a call back from representative from info step saying my item would arrive in 3 business days.. that was well over 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried to email serveral times as I still have not received item and would like a refund.. no response from company and phone # appears to be fake not linked to voicemail or anything. Looking on Facebook page for another way to contact this company and I can see I’m not along with being scammed! So many others have had the exact same experience with this company. So disappointed and sad with dishonest business practices.
