Placed order on 2/13 from Inallaltogether.com. Received confirmation of $22.98 for order same day. On 2/14 this company charged my card for $29.87 with no explanation. I reached out to company email to inquire about status as it had been over a month with no delivery. They stated they would mail me a new package asap. The following day I get another email from their customer service stating they contacted the shipper to update the status and to be patient and wait. I continued to wait. The order tracking shows it has been sitting two states away from delivery address since 3/14 with no additional progress. I asked to cancel the order on 4/4 as it was supposed to be an Easter gift. The shipper denied canceling or refunding me for the item they charged me more than expected for that I never received.
