THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I placed an order for the Harvey Dress February 24th. I was aware that their shipping was 10-15 business days… after 2 weeks I reached out to them for a tracking update and they responded…. I was looking forward to receiving my dress around March 17th but when I checked my tracking it said my order was still in china.. 2 weeks after that I reached out again to let them know that I no longer wanted the dress and that I wanted a refund… and got no response. It’s been 2 MONTHS since I’ve placed my order.. I checked the tracking once again and it said that my order was delivered in Tennessee on April 10th and that’s not even the state that I live in…. I have emailed these people more than 5 times even typed a letter stating that I was going to take legal action and they will not respond… thought maybe I would get their attention by commenting on their post on instagram on April 21st and sent them a message as well and they blocked me… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE They took over $150 from me, I thought this company was legit because of the reviews on the website…. and what’s so crazy is that the dress that I ordered there’s a review on it on March 18th… the day after my birthday….. I will not stop until this problem is resolved

They had shipped my dress to New York and I live in Michigan and wasn’t being professional when it comes down with customer service either. I contacted them multiple times about my order and they never gave me the right tracking number .. even contacted them through messenger yet no reply!
They had messed up on my order and it has been a month since I haven't received it
I was starting to think that they were scammers ! They even took down the people reviews when I went to the website and put only 2 reviews one of the reviews said "I received mines in just 10 days " she had a purple dress but I haven't even received mines and it has been a month . The dress was called “ The Harvey Dress” and it was form my birthday around November it is December now .

Ordered 5 items, 3 arrived (1 in the wrong color), wrote 50 emails received incorrect bankstatements and transferlogs in javascript which were technically wrong. company still owes me 90$ . Do not order there. Fraudulent behaviour.

Ordered 2 items on the website January 13. Today is February 18.. over a month has passed. I have emailed multiple times, no response. It’s definitely a scam ! Do not purchase anything from them. You’ll regret it. As of now I’ve contacted Instagram to get there page taken down. I’ve contacted zip ((Quadpay) and BBB. 80+ dollars that I will get back.

I ordered a pair of boots December 24 and did not receive my purchase until January 13. The package was delayed and I have to wait 5 days for USPS to update from Carson CA customs to Hollywood CA. The item was great material and sized correctly. I just hated the delay. Customer Service assisted in the best manner. I will order again but it DHL shipping.

I ordered from In the Manor of Beauty May 9th, received a update email stating my order was shipped June 2nd 2021 its now June 27 and no tracking number.

I ordered the Super Diva Thigh High Boot on Nov. 6, 2020. I received notification it was shipped Nov. 16th. Contacted ITMOB twice via email for a status update but to this date no response to anything. As of 12/28/2020 the package made it to somewhere in Atlanta and nothing else after that. Reached out again for an update and still no response. I continue to reach out because I disputed the charge with my bank to be refunded and per advisory of my bank it keeps an update going of me never receiving the item as they process my claim. So if anyone is considering using this site PLEASE DON'T its DEFINITELY A SCAM. You can see my full story on this whole incident on Instagram because I have them on blast so others are not scammed and shammed by them.

Also to [censored] they pose under the Instagram name of Styles2Blaze with ITMOB as the heading underneath. All in all they're all appearing as fakes.

I only received one of my pants and never received the other pair of pants. I'm working with my credit union to get the other half of my money. I had requested a refund but no response. I had originally emailed them back on September 2020 amd they did respond about my order but I had only received one of my orders and not the other order. Avoid this company and do not order from this company.

I ordered from the website and the person will send you an invoice so that you can pay with square cash or google pay. I paid her and never received my merchandise. Her cash app (square cash) name is [censored] (S[censored] M[censored]). I requested a refund via the app and she declined. I'm currently working with my bank to get my money back.
