I received a letter from Corporate Document Services of Topeka, KS, requesting corporate meeting minutes. My business is an LLC, and it is just me, so there are no minutes. It stated that "In Accordance with the Business Laws of the State of Kansas," I called the number provided not once but three times, each time it went to an automated system. I left a message the first time. NO ONE ever returned my call, nor was I able to reach a live person at the given phone number. I contacted the Secretary of State's office to ask why and what this notice was. They did not know what it was.
