We are a long term care facility. They phoned and spoke to my administrative assistant on May 27, 2026 about an upcoming shortage of toner cartridges and asked our printer make and model. They made it appear that they were associated with our copier maintenance company and wanted to help by getting us some cartridges before they ran out. They were quick on the phone and now we realize they were very deceiving. I received an invoice today, June 1, 2026, for 4 cartridges plus shipping for a total of $1,889.50, net 15 days. They even enclosed a W-9 with a fake EIN. Since all bills go through me, I questioned it by trying to reach the company by phone and fax to no avail. When I typed in the company's website, luckily it showed me links for this site.

Received a fake invoice, the scary thing is that they used an ex-employee name AND they know what kind of copier we have. I looked up the FedEx tracking number on the fake invoice, and it was a legitimate FedEx tracking number for someone else in a different state, Greenwood, IL. How are they getting these tracking numbers? No one is safe! This fake invoice was for $1,889.50.

we got a fax today that we owe them 1889.50 for Toner/ we have a contract with a printer company and do not pay for toner. we would not have EVER ordered toner for printers we do not have.

We received an invoice in the mail from this company in the same amount as other's have reported. We have our supplies and printers serviced locally. They put the name of one of our employees on it and sent their W-9. Tax ID reported on the W-9 is 83-4237981. The signature on the W-9 is literally just squiggly lines.

Received poorly cut/pasted invoice for (2) toner cartridges allegedly ordered by a non-existent employee (Jasmine Glover). Invoice included FexEx tracking # that tracked from Ventura Blvd, CA to Jacksonville, FL. Our company is located in Ohio.

An invoice for toner was faxed in July stating an old employee not with the company ordered toner for that offices copy machine. I just received another fax for that same amount. No toner was ordered and none received from this company. Our offices get calls all the time

to send toner but this is the first time to get fake invoices. The phone number on the invoice goes to a vru asking for state. The fax number does not work. I did not try the email not wanting a virus. I am sure more businesses have been targeted in the area. I googled the company address listed on the invoice, the building is under construction, not a real address in California for a working buissness.

this is all the information I have at this time.

My company received an invoice for 4 toner cartridges that we did not order from a company that doesn't exist.

Their contact number is the toll free number for information 411. Their address is a postal service company (Postal Place). The tracking number on the invoice is for a 1lb package that was shipped to MA back at the beginning of July (a month before this toner package was supposedly shipped and 4 toner cartridges weigh a lot more than 1lb).

They included a W-9 with the invoice giving a Taxpayer ID # which will more than likely be fake or stolen.

i can provide more details if you wish to contact me.

Received 2 invoices stating we purchase Konica Toner from them in May 2021. We have not order toner from Imaging Center, and when I tried to call and speak with someone at the company. I was answered by an robot operator who ask if I was looking for "business", "government" or "residential." I said "business" operator asked the name and then I stated "Imaging Center." The operator then gave me two different address for business similar to Imaging Center and neither one matched the address listed on the invoice. I said no and was finally transferred to a human operator, whom informed me I actually called 411.

Pushy salesperson targeting front desk personnel asking about printers, etc., being told that they do not handle, etc., then a few days later we get an invoice for $1,889.50 for toner. I tried to call, the number on the invoice goes to an operator asking for city and state, and they have no listing for this company at the address on the invoice, i tried faxing to the number on the invoice, there is no response. I now have received a second invoice which has printed in handwriting "please pay this invoice asap as cash flow is tight" The invoice has a Fed Ex tracking number on it, when I checked this tracking number the delivery was made to Savannah GA. This is a scam and needs to be stopped. Vulnerable front desk staff who do not handle purchasing should not be targeted.

Fast-talking rep calls and says they are your supplier. Asks for your printer number, says there will be a shortage but will send you out supplies ASAP. Not my supplier. No shortage. NOT approved. Fed ex tracking false. Phone number on invoice false.

We had a call from this company verifying that we "still had a Ricoh copier". The new receptionist was not sure so the call was put on hold until the office manager said "that is a scam call, just hand up". She hung up without responding. The caller tried again but we hung up again without answer. A week later we received an Invoice by mail postmarked from Santa Barbara, CA over 70 miles away from the postal center used on their "fake" invoice for $1889.50. They attempted to have me pay for toner for a machine we have not had for almost 2 years now, and, our lease pays for everything so I knew immediately it was a SCAM.

Running a toner invoicing scam. Called a physician's practice to inquire about the model of multifunction printer, spoke with someone who has no authorization to place orders, and sent a fraudulent invoice for toners that were never shipped. This is a common scam, ignore cold sales calls regarding print toners.

This "company" called our office, got a new person to identify our name, and phone stating we ordered toner for our copiers. They were not aware that it was a scam, or that we were under contract with our copier company. They sent an invoice for 933.82 that we paid in error. now we get invoices due from them frequently and the price keeps going up. They also operate under the name Diagnostic Imaging out of Northridge CA. the phone numbers are different etc but nobody picks up, answers emails etc. they now have access to our banking information unfortunately. So we have the bank on fraud alert not to pay any online orders at all. Be very careful. They even attach fake W-9's so we think its a new company.

Last week this company called saying they were about to be back ordered on toner and they were going to go ahead and ship out our order, the girl that answered the phone just said okay then today I received an invoice in the mail for 4 toners equaling $1889.50 we did not place an order with this Imaging Center company, we order our toner directly through Canon.

I called the number on the invoice and it directs you straight to 411

There is a FedEx tracking number on the invoice as well.. I looked into the tracking number it is said the order got delivered to Naples Florida, we are in Texas and our address is correct on the invoice.

I googled the address on the invoice and it pulled up "The Postal Place" I called and spoke to the man that owns it and he had already had many calls asking about this scam invoice.

They are targeting corporate companies with a large accounts payable department hoping they get paid.

They also attached a Filled out w-9 to the invoice.

A receptionist took a call asking for the equipment ID # to one of our printers stating that management (proper name used) had requested an order of toner. Due to the proper name usage the employee thought this was legitimate and provided the equipment ID #. We then received an invoice for 1,889.50 for toner we never ordered and never received. The FedEx tracking number provided on the invoice shows the product delivered to a different city in our state. All of our staff has been put on alert about providing information over the phone.

Our Company was called and asked to confirm what printer we used, and was informed that our brand of toner would be out of stock for 4 months. I said thank you for the notification. 3 days later we received an invoice with a W9 attatched. the invoice was for $1,889.50 worth of toner "at the customers request".

we were given a false fedex tracking number that when checked stated a package had been delivered the month before to an address in a completely different state.

Received a phone call from Jane Bright she asked my name and the fake invoice has that I authorized an order for toner totaling $1909.34. During the call I told Jane I would relay the information to the business owner I never told her to ship anything and she told me a call would come in to confirm anything prior to being shipped. After speaking to business owner it was realized this was a scam call and we don't order from this company. 4 days later huge bill in mail for supplies. I called the number on the invoice and you cant talk to a live person and the messages are full so you cant leave a message either. This is a scam. If you receive a product viaFed EX from Imaging Center/Richo Imaging reject the delivery do not open it.

Our Xerox company was out to do a repair on Monday, August 17, 2020. At that time, he indicated we would need a part and he would order it. It was pure coincidence that afternoon that someone called, claiming to be our representative, and said that toner is on backorder and he would order us 4 cartridges-the receptionist didn't think anything of it. He asked her name and then said they would be shipped. We received the invoice today with the receptionist's first and last name (she only gave her first name) and it included a W9. We did not receive any toner. The Fed Ex tracking number is for a package that was shipped from Los Angeles, CA to Grand Rapids, MI. We have no intention of paying this invoice and after reading all of the reviews regarding this company, they deserve to be fined or worse!

Vendor sent an email with invoice 406090 for $499.61, asking that our company pays for toner. We never placed an order with them as we have a designated toner vendor.
