I ordered from ilovehue on January 1, 2026. The website claims the items will be delivered in 2-7 days. Once you order, they give no estimated delivery date. I had to manually check for when it was shipped. They gave a shady shipping website that eventually informed me that my package made its way to my local post office, but then it was suddenly declared as lost or damaged, with no specification for which. I started looking up reviews and realized I had been scammed. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and it was eventually reversed. Then, they had the audacity to email me to say I had a balance due, despite the fact that I never received my item and they offered no remedy for the situation. Ordered an alarm clock off the website ILoveHue.store. Received tracking information from third party coming from China. Tracking information updated a couple times but never to my region. I had several emails with the company and was told the my order would get refunded or otherwise resolved. About a month later I was told I'd get a store credit. None of these promised resolutions came to fruition. I lost $69.

Purchase was made February 6, 2026 from Ilovehue.store; on February 8, 2026 I received an email saying there was an issue with the item and shipping was delayed. As of today, March 25, I have emailed back and forth with [email protected] and gotten generic responses since that date requesting to cancel the order and issue a refund for $95 without success. This is a scam I unfortunately fell for, and hope no one else falls victim to.

Horrible scammy company from ILoveHue.store. Product is cheap and the lamp didn't function past one use. I ordered based on a promotional offer where they promised to include free coasters with each item ordered. Well, they never arrived and the "support" has been giving me the runaround. They got me good for $95! Don't expect any help in getting your money back.

I ordered an alarm clock and some lavender spray that was included as a free gift shortly after the holidays. After over a month, it arrived broken and without the spray. The materials are cheap and not at all how it was advertised. I asked to return, as it's within 30 days and aligned with their policy, and have been refused, saying it is not eligible. They have offered store credit or to exchange but I don't want their product at all.

Ordered the sunrise clock from ILoveHue.store. They stated 2-5 business days delivery, and it was a month before I heard anything from them. They then told me it was because they were "hand assembling" the item. They told me it would take 5 days to complete, so I asked them to cancel my order. They then told me they couldn't cancel it since it had already shipped. I received tracking multiple days later, only to see that it had not in fact shipped, and was still awaiting pickup. I demanded a refund, which they told me they would provide and I asked for confirmation. They told me they would provide it immediately, and didn't. My tracking number disappeared after that. This is unfathomably gross incompetence at best, and deliberate theft at worst. Worst purchasing experience of my life.

Ordered “sunrise” alarm clock from the Ilovehue website (Ilovehue.store) on 1/30/26 and received a shipping update on 2/5/26. The tracking number leads to a third party side and states the product is coming from China. Still no movements on shipping on 2/14 so I email to cancel and receive refund, no response received. The website claims delivery in 2-5 days, 10 year warranty…the item I ordered is no longer listed on their website and no response from Olivia who has sent the previous emails.

I ordered two lamps, expecting to receive them by a certain date, according to their delivery timeline stated on their website. As the dates came and went, I had not received the products nor any shipping updates. I emailed customer support and responses were delayed and vague. One month later, I still haven’t received the product nor any update on the shipping. I requested that the order be cancelled any my credit card be refunded what they charged, but received the response four days ago, “Apologies for the late reply.

I am coordinating with our Fulfillment Team since your order is already in transit so we can't cancel it.

We are reaching out to the carrier for the updated tracking information.”

Sells lamps, claiming they are a Los Angeles company. All reviews posted are very positive on the site. Ordered a lamp for $70 (50% full price of $140), and it looks like it could have cost $1 to make from cheap LEDs & cheap plastic. When I tried to return, I was directed to send the item to a Chinese warehouse at my own expense.

Ordered from website and order was completed by Shop on Feb 17th 2024. Tracking was provided but item has not moved from shipping location in NJ. Website site is hosted in Canada. Looked online for others saying it's a scam and found multiple people who are in the same situation as me, paid for an item and tracking has never moved from NJ.

I was searching for a specific kind of lamp. This site came up and says they're based in Los Angeles. This could be a lie as I live in LA and perhaps the algorithm knows that. There was a sale. I bought a lamp and as soon as I did, it offered a discount if I got something else. I was debating on getting two, so did. A week after I ordered and received the email with information, I went to track the package and it was in Jamaica, NY. I wrote asking why it was still in Jamaica when the tracking said it had gotten there may days earlier. I got a standard email. When I went back in, suddenly the package was in Union City, NJ. I had a subsequent email saying they were talking to their distributor. It's now been another week. This is a scam. The reviews on their site are lies. Reported to my credit card. Hopefully they won't allow charges there and word will get out to other companies.
