Spectrum mobile customer service representative (black lady. Name unknown) asked me for my SSN. Birthday and my phone IME# before she gives me Spectrum internet + mobile combo discount. After i gave her all my info she told me she doesn't handle internet so i need to call another number. She got all my info! Scam business tactics?

My name is *** and I am the President of a Phoenix-based fitness company called FitPro LLC. I have now received hundreds of calls, emails, and messages since February about a fraudulent charge - with my business website and phone number linked, without my permission or affiliation to the benefitting business whatsoever.

Customers are being charged a monthly $12.49, with the bank statement showing my website and phone number. The statement also reads "fitpro 8884479013 Denver". This is a phone number that when called, reaches a third party customer service line.

I believe the company may be called "Premium Fitness Check", but the company has neither a physical address nor any official designation from the Colorado Corporation Commission.

I have called this customer support phone number three times now demanding to be unlinked on this charge, to no avail.

The amount of calls that I receive in a daily basis now amounts to harassment. I've submitted reports with the FTC, tried to contact the company directly, and am posting here... I'm not sure what to do further to remove my business from this scam. Any help or suggestions, please contact me at 602-502-5629.
