Took survey and won free gift. Must pay postage on gift, charging me $39.92 on bank charge card. An additional charge of $68.49 appeared on the bank card for a membership of this monthly charge. Starting with Novembers initial withdrawal, December, January, and February a withdrawal showed a monthly fee of $68.49 on my statements.
I contacted a representative, and she said the gift had been picked up at my town post office. I never picked anything up.
Next she said that I had a membership with the company at the monthly charge of $68.49. I never heard about a membership. Also, the money is not refundable. I've been scammed and want a refund. Please help me.
