I clicked on it and it looks like a legitimate website and for not having ordered before I wouldn't know the difference. I set up an account but it doesn't ask for a form of payment to be entered at this point. My mom told me the items to get for my sister and when I searched for those items, they had them or a close comparison. I added them to my cart and then proceeded to checkout. It had me enter the inmates name and select the facility from a drop down menu. It let me proceed all the way through the order and gave me a confirmation number and sent me an email. When I opened the email it looked like a submitted order but I knew I hadn't paid anything yet. When I scrolled down on the email it says If you have not done so, please submit payment below: and then gave a box to click on. It gave 5 options of payment methods: Cash App, Money Order, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Chime with boxes to select. It also stated it wasn't accepting credit card payments at this time. I have Cash App so I selected that first. It wanted me to log into the site again however the account information I had created previously didn't work and I reset my password twice switching from a desktop to my cell phone to try both ways. I had to create another new account with iCare to move forward. I downloaded the Zelle App from the play store and set upan account. Then I went back to the email and selected the option of Click Here to Pay With Zelle. It gave some weird instructions that sparked some questions in my mind such as adding the Zelle Account Email as a new contact [email protected] and to enter the amount that the email invoice stated. I don't believe this site to be legitimate especially since I found the correct site that my mom uses frequently. The correct site is: https://shop.icaregifts.com.
