I received a letter in the mail from a James D. Ferrato, Chief Information Officer of Ibex Global Solutions, Inc. stating that there was a "Notice of Data Even" and that my name and ss# was breached. It stated that they are offering 12 months of complimentary access to credit monitoring, fraud consultation, and identity theft restoration services through Equifax. I wanted to let someone know because I do not trust any of these types of letters. I did not call or sign up or give them any response.
