The company is selling hypnosis audio packages. Follow up emails promised a 75% discount. Opted for a 2 month plan at 16.50 per month. A pop up screen said that I could opt for a 4 month plan at $8.99 per month. I stupidly opted in and was charged $53.94. When I contacted the company to report the error, they completely refused to acknowledge the difference. Further research (company's address is from LITHUANIA) told me this company is a complete SCAM. I have reported to Paypal and Citicards, and want to warn others of this company's misleading and fraudulent practices.

Charged early with no way to cancel or contact Hypnozio

I was charged $53 a month early and never given a choice or a chance to cancel the service. There is no customer service phone number to call. There’s only an email address at [email protected]. The company, Hypnozio, is out of Lithuania. I found them online at Hypnozio.com.

I responded to a Facebook ad that inferred legitimate hypnosis practices (which are licensed and monitored here). After purchase I received a thank you screen that said it was for 'entertainment purposes only.' I wrote immediately and asked for a refund. It took a dozen emails to get a clear 'no.' I listened to the some of the first bit. As someone with a PhD in psychology, it was not only out of integrity, but down right dangerous to listen to. I cannot express how horrified I am that people are being preyed on like this. At minimum, we need a well publicized (public warning) study on the negative effects of this horror.

I ordered a weight loss meditation subscription which I believed to be a new product. After I received the first meditation, I realized I had already purchased the same subscription a couple months prior. I asked to cancel and refund my second duplicate subscription. Hypnozio cancelled my subscription but refused to refund any of the $66.
