I ordered a pair of shoes from HyperSoft in 1-2-21. The money was immediately deducted from my acct. no receipt was emailed or any info concerning expected arrival date. There was no phone # with the ad. I emailed them & got a generic reply. I finally looked them up on Internet deep into their website found a phone #. Not much help since it either rings once then a busy signal or rings about 12 times, then busy signal. Never an answer!

I did ask for a refund in one email over a wk ago. Not forthcoming. They sure looked like comfy shoes for my nueropic feet.
