The scam involves the use of their platform which is used to 3D render images into file format used for 3D printing. They allow a subscription service in which they give you a free trial, and then without notice of it ending, charge the user. They make it extremely difficult to cancel it, if not impossible without email support. The links they have on their website do not allow the user to cancel the subscription as the URLs are invalid and do not work on mobile devices at all. When you try to contact their support, you are forced to do so during certain hours, or you just get a response email saying something went wrong and to try again later. They also actively log users out of their accounts, so the user is unable to access the platform they are then being charged for, while at the same time not allowing the user to relog back in under any circumstances.
