Ordered an item for my child on 6/26/21. Per the website shipping occurs up to 48 hours once ordered, never received anything. Reached out to the company’s Instagram page, the email that was provided by Shop.com [email protected], the contact us message center on the website, and the email provided on the website, [email protected]. I haven’t received any response, requested to cancel the order, no response.
