Good business
First, their products are developed by qualified experts who graduated from medical schools in the EU.
Second, while delivery times may vary and are not as fast as Amazon, I personally received my order within the estimated delivery timeline provided.
Regarding the reviews, I’ve checked them myself and see nothing unusual—there’s a mix of positive and negative feedback, which is completely normal for any legitimate company.
HYKLE ships to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, so their reach is global.
Frankly, I suspect some of these overly negative reviews are from competitors trying to harm their reputation. They often feel strangely “too polished” or scripted—almost like they were AI-generated.
Even AI review checks suggest these are not genuine.
As for ScamPulse, it’s disappointing—this is the second time I’ve posted my review and it was removed, which makes me believe they’re more interested in highlighting negative or fake reviews than real customer experiences.

1) No physical address published on website. Only a toll-free phone number. Email address is the only mean of communication.
2) claimed to have several thousands positive reviews with overall 4.8/5 rating, but this summary of review is just a picture that cannot be clicked to link to real reviews.
3) reviews on the website (maybe 100-200 of reviews in total) are all in the same format and there are no time stamp, appearing to be purposefully posted by the business themselves to attract customers. (Fake reviews)
4) the company is on Turstpilot with not all favorable reviews and flagged by Trustpilot as “May use unsupported invitation method”.
5) when asked to return products, multiple return addresses was provided to customers with 2 days. (Personal experience)
6) The company is registered in Bulgaria but the company does not ship products to Europe!!!
This company does have products, although it might not be any better (or even worse) than other cheaper equivalent, and shipping is very slow, all from China. But the extremely deceptive and dishonest marketing practice should be highly discouraged. Suggest to stay away from the company and order from other more reliable sources.
Our own research concluded that this is not real customer, but band actor using shady/fake names to hurt the brand.
