Website indicated items would be delivered from North Carolina. However once shipping number was shared it was clear the items were coming from China. Items took one month for delivery however item was never delivered. Surveillance system videos were checked and no deliveries were made. Company indicated that the courier they selected and would not name stated the package was signed for however could not produce a receipt with signature. Company asked for permission to refund me 60% of what I purchased my items for and I declined that offer.

Purchased items through link on Facebook, website looked legitimate, never mentioned or showed indication of coming from another country. Payment process gave no hints. First indication was when I received my tracking for the order and I saw that it was coming from another country. I googled and found that hydrence is a scam. I waited until my package was shown as delivered (30 days) to see what I received, if anything. Package says delivered, nothing arrived. Now when I click on show my order in the order email it says “order not found.” I have two emails, one for order confirmation and one for shipping confirmation.
