I ordered a hya- skin face slimming massager 2 of them in December through shop app which I would expect vets their businesses before having them on on their web platform. The company, Hya Skin Cosmetics (website [email protected]), seems like a drop ship company who uses shopify. I repeatedly emailed asking about where my product is, and or refund no responses, then got a response of I will speak to managing team, then a response you will get refund .never happened never responded managed to remove themselves off my page so I cant bother them. I have emailed them I have receipt for purchase. I lost $56.02 on this order. They are horrible liars and cheaters poor customer service they need to be shut down.
