This company guarantees your money back if you don’t like their product. However, when you request to return using the the form on their website, they never tell you how to return their products and just give you the run around. They ignore your request, or say they are working on it, or tell you that their products will be delivered soon (when they were already delivered months ago), or ask you for more information such as your order number, even though you provided the order number on the returns request form, or even tell you that your request has been resolved, without ever telling you how to return the product. Additionally, they have no working phone number that you can call. The money back guarantee is clearly a scam.

MY HUSBAND BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT BACK IN JUNE AND WE NEVER RECIEVED IT. I HAVE EMAILED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO LUCK OF GETTING OUR MONEY BACK. ALL THEY SAY IS THEY ARE BEHIND WITH ORDERS, BUT I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK. NO LUCK. I FEEL LIKE ITS JUST A SCAM TO GET PEOPLES MONEY, WITH ANO SHOW OF PRODUCT. I DO HAVE THE EMAILS THEY SENT ME, BUT THEY WILL NOT REFUND OUR MONEY.WHICH IT WAS $128.94 MONEY THAT WAS SPENT
