I placed an order with Humorrots/Cavenders on July 8th, and after 10 days, it was falsely marked as delivered. I contacted customer service, and they offered to reship my order, which I agreed to. However, as of August 25th, the replacement has still not arrived. The tracking information incorrectly states that it was delivered yesterday, which is absolutely untrue. Upon further investigation, I found that the tracking company appears to be fake and the website is a scam designed to steal money. They continually claim that my package is on the way or lost, clearly trying to delay any attempts to dispute the charge. This situation is unacceptable, and I demanded a resolution.
