Type of a scam Government Grant

I was contacted on Instagram by someone who claimed to be an old classmate . She started off with small talk then she asked if I had gotten a message from her earlier. I said no so then she said she sent me a message about a federal government fund. I told her I didn't know anything about that. So I asked her if she worked for The federal government. She said yes the feds are using money to assist people who need assistance paying their bills, unemployed, buying homes and starting businesses.I asked her for a link, instead she told me to text an agent named Jarrett Adams, he helped her get a grant to start her boutique business. I texted her ok. She said to send him my information and tell him I want to apply for a grant. She said he is a good honest man.I asked her if it cost anything because I was getting suspicious, she said no, just contact him and let her know what he says. I tried calling, she said no it's only done via text. I asked her if it was a scam, she said no trust me . She said I already did it and got my money in 12 hours. Anyway when I received notification that I was eligible for the grant it said to get 30,000 dollars I needed to send then 650 to pay for fedex delivering me a box with 30,000 cash in it and that I must not tell anyone because someone could steal the money from me if they knew about it. I figured it was a scam and told them I would report them and they said they would report me too and remember they have my personal information on file. So that really scared me because they do have my information. I googled the phone number and came up with nothing, I told them they should be ashamed of themselves scamming people out of their hard earned money after that text they stopped texting.I have attached the email I received from them. What should I do next?
