Do NOT order from this place. They are 100% a scammer. I have been dealing with them for five months. They are supposed to issue a refund for their knock off product that is beyond poorly made. I receive an email stating I will receive my refund in so many business days, but I never do. This "company" is a complete scam and I am in the process of perusing this in court in hopes to take this scammer down.

I saw an advertisement for the weighted hula hoop and after seeing multiple reviews and videos, decided to purchase the item. I went directly through the website and used a discount code of a TikTok influencer. When I received the item, it was not weighted as advertised and it was obviously a cheap knockoff. The ball didn’t rotate and i reached out to the company via email 18 hours after I received it in the mail. Their website says to contact them within 24 hours. I followed their return policy and now they refuse to refund me. I have been trying for over 2 months now to get my money back. They send me repeat emails, fake information, and claim they will process my request “soon”. They asked for my address to mail my refund. They also gave me a fake tracking number for the fake refund. They repeatedly asked for my order number but it was in the subject line of every single email.
