I placed an order online with a company called highlandplushy.com for my granddaughters birthday I placed the order Aug 13 it arrived September 15th and the items were less than stellar. I had ordered 24” weighed ones and the ones I received were not weighted and were only 14” long. They look awful not fluffy and nice like they show in their advertisements. I had tired emailed them several times during this month asking about my order with no reply until today. It was also then I discovered that by purchasing these it was also signing up for a subscription and I had already been charged for another one and it’s already being sent, but they can cancel it or I can keep my subscription with a 30% discount. I said I did not know I had signed up for any kind of subscription so cancel it. Now I’m asking to return these and hopefully they will respond. Unlikely before.
