I ordered a sweater from what I thought was the iconic and reliable Canadian retailer, The Bay. Turns out, another company has scammed their identity, calling themselves the Hudson Bay Boutique (and with the same branding look and feel). The item arrived weeks late, doesn't fit and is of AWFUL quality. When I went to return to The Bay, they pointed out the scam. Turns out, if you dive into the fine print, you *can* return the item, but only after paying the cost of shipping to China. Of course, that's more than the cost of the item! Unbelievably misleading, all the way around.
