Online Scam

Purchased a product online and said payment would be hubshape.com. On time of purchase the money was removed twice and continued going out my account without my authority. Signed me up for a subscription i never signed up for and charged me for that too. The amounts went out daily and had to actually cancel the card to stop it. Never received the product and took money out for courier fee. Total taken out R350. Huge scam

Reacted to a on line add for underware the amount of RSA R60 was ptice on item , but a further RSA R341 was stolen , and yes I say stolen from my bank as I have yet to recieve my item and no proper ema address to lodge a complaint is available . So true fraud and theft .

My 14 year old son's bank account was charged twice from a website called Hubshape.com. They claim he signed up for a free trial however, he never signed up for a received any product or service from them. At no point did he receive communication from the company and can find no proof of him signing up for their services. We contacted them and they canceled his subscription but will not remove the charges. They can provide no proof of how he signed up only stating they have his information therefore, someone had to enter it into their system and they can not refund.
