On April 8th 2025, I entered into a purchase agreement with Hubbco LLC to purchase a racing vehicle lift for $1864.99 and an additional $24.50 for shipping. After 30 days(May 7th 2025), the company reached out and stated that I had picked the incorrect shipping option and in order to process, I had to send them an additional $320. This is incorrect, as their website ONLY advertises a $24.50 shipping option. There is no other option available. This is illegal and predatory in nature, trying to coerce buyers into buying their product over others by showing a lower initial price. By the time the product is ready to ship, 4 weeks later, they ask for more money knowing you need it.

They also stated that "We reach out to customers and explain the issue and it hasn't been an issue." proving that this is an ongoing fraudulent business practice.

I have screenshots of all pertinent communications and the website at the time of the incident.

I do wish that an investigation be conducted, and necessary action be taken so future customers are not financially impacted by this deceptive and misleading company.
