Went to a candlelit concert in Anchorage, Alaska and had to pay by phone for parking.. it said my card was not accepted. So my mom tried it on hers and never got past the screen where you enter your card info.. we finally said screw it and went inside to enjoy the show. We noticed a 39.99 charge on my mom's account once incide and canceled her card immediately. Around 1:45 a.m. they attempted to charge me 2.99. I blocked all transactions.. I have no idea how they do it but I'm glad we caught it

The company charged three times on an elderly person's credit card. There was no purchase or history or knowledge of the charges. When I followed up they could not explain the random charges (3 within a month) but say they do "customer service" for many websites and that they needed the credit card number. It feels like they are phishing or preparing for a larger charge. They say they are customer service but they are also listed as a dating service and a data booster.

I was looking up information on my Soectrum account with my iPhone next thing I know I get a charge report from my credit card that I was charged 39.99 by Htvdss and would be charged that weekly until the amt. if 635. 00 was paid. And wa not even informed on what service or item I was purchasing immediately called and cancelled was refunded. But yes , sure enough my card was charged the 39.99 again this week. I called my transaction report had a different name on it, after calling that number I am told they handle several businesses, and could not tell me the name of the business charging this amount. But they did find my name and information from my last four of my card and refunded the amount. I will most definitely continue to sleep an eye on this as they once again, said they would cancel my order, as they had said they would last week as well. And they obviously did not.
