this man by the name of Scott Williams said he was from an organization called hrsa and can help me with a government grant and i would not need to pay it back. they proceeded to ask me for some information to process the form. Needed my full name address, age, sex type, if i was deaf or not ,own or rent, phone number e-mail address, married or single, monthly income, do i want cash or a check and my drivers license front and back. Ihave a picture of him.
