I was emailed by Lourise Barrozo. I didn't remember applying to the position, so i took a look at the LinkedIn for the so-called recruiter out of suspicion. I couldn't find anything and believe this is a scam. I didn't click on the link and i would avoid interacting with this email and text if possible. The scammer didn't ask for an interview but just asked to proceed with the hiring process which is unusual.

Excerpt from the email:

Thanks for taking the time to apply to our Benefit Advisor position! I have finished reviewing your application and I’d like to move forward with you in the hiring process.
