I purchased a footwear and paid online for it. the footwear that came was not the one advertised. it was a generic brand. i immediately reached out via the email to contact them and got a notification back from a lisa asking me to try a different size rather. i told her i wanted a refund and means to return the item. i did not get a reply and when i try to follow up, the email would not delivered saying it doesn't exists anymore.

i dont know how to recoup my money back.
